What This Archive Includes

  • Dealer Toy Fair catalogs
  • Retail toy catalogs
  • Manufacturer product books
  • Rare promotional catalogs
  • Packaging photography and artwork
  • Historical toy line references

The archive focuses heavily on major toy manufacturers including Kenner, Mattel, Hasbro, Ideal, Tonka, Coleco, Fisher-Price, and many others.

Why These Catalogs Matter

Vintage toy catalogs preserve far more than product listings. They capture the artwork, packaging, photography, branding, and marketing history of the toy industry during some of its most important decades.

Many of these catalogs are extremely difficult to find today and exist only in private collections.

This archive helps collectors, historians, researchers, and enthusiasts study and preserve that history before more of it disappears.

Current Collection & Future Additions

The collection continues to grow and already includes hundreds of vintage catalogs across multiple brands and decades.

New catalogs are scanned and added regularly, including rare dealer Toy Fair catalogs, retail toy books, and manufacturer catalogs from the 1970s and 1980s.

We also plan to list upcoming catalogs that are still being scanned so collectors can see what is coming soon to the archive.

Goals of the Site

  • Create a long-term digital archive of vintage toy catalogs
  • Preserve toy industry history through high-quality scans
  • Build the most complete Toy Fair catalog reference possible
  • Help collectors identify rare toys, packaging, and variations
  • Document toy lines across decades and manufacturers
  • Expand the archive with new catalogs every month
